A residential project encompassing a ground floor side extension and refurbishment and remodelling to the ground and first floors.
The side extension will maximise natural light to the interior through a glazed roof above a timber structure, while the glazed gable end looks out onto a new patio and garden.
The rear wall of the house at ground floor will be rebuilt in contrasting red brickwork, matching the original brick arches over the windows and linking to the tones of the previous roof extension. New sliding doors will link the new kitchen and dining room to the garden.
